LPVL AD 2.22  Flight procedures

Due to proximity Porto CTR and Porto TMA, the following procedures shall be observed:

Departure:

Each flight intending to fly within controlled airspace shall:

Note: Until contact with Porto APP is established the aircraft shall remain in uncontrolled airspace (i.e. remaining on the aerodrome circuit or flying into the VFR routes established)

Approach:

Flights within controlled airspace shall maintain contact with Porto APP (FREQ 120.910 MHZ or whichever frequencies broadcasted by ATIS).

Flights outside controlled airspace or when instructed by Porto APP to monitor aerodrome frequency shall proceed in accordance with their position to the following:

Parachute Jumping


Activity in the vicinity of the aerodrome. Aircraft supporting this activity shall be previously coordinated with AD Director and Porto APP. After TKOF this traffic shall maintain coordination with Porto APP and the aerodrome.
