Ukrainian crisis - According to Council of the European Union Decision 2012/642/CFSP of 15 Oct, in the current updated version, permission to land in, takeoff from or overfly the territory of Portugal are not allowed if aircraft are operated by Belarussian Air Carriers, including as a marketing carrier in code-sharing or blocked-space arrangements.

Exceptions

1. Emergency landing;
2. Emergency overflight;
3. Humanitarian flights or any other purposes consistent with the objectives of the European Union Council Regulation 765/2006 of 18 May, in the current updated version, authorized by Portuguese Authorities Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and Finance Ministry.
