PPR is mandatory for all foreign State aircraft inbound the Military Apron of the Lisbon Airport.

PPR shall be requested through Transit AD NR 1, Military Air Operations Center with a minimum of 72 hours prior to ETA, to the following contacts:

PPR request shall include type of ACFT, ETA, ETD, Diplomatic Clearance Number and prior arrangements with Ground Handlers.All aircraft authorized to use the Transit AD NR 1 must contact Military Air Operations Center (Hours of operation: H24), at least twenty minutes in advance prior to landing, in order to:

1. Provide ETA and intentions;
2. Receive, when applicable, parking information.

Establish contact with call sign “Alpha Tango One” via frequencies:

• VHF 121.610 MHZ or;
• UHF 279.575 MHZ

All parking on the Military Apron must follow military marshaller instructions.

When so requested, NOTAM and weather briefing will be available by at least one hour prior to ETD.Transportation and accommodation are not available.This AIC A 004-2024 replaces AIC A 007-2021.
